Gavin Gray
Gavin has worked in all facets of project delivery, as a tradesman, as a site supervisor coordinating all trades on site, project management assuming overall responsibility for his projects and most recently as project director and operations management, overseeing all projects within a company, providing technical advice to the team, ensuring best for company, client and project objectives through best practice systems.
Always striving for better be it in delivery, quality, process and experience, Gavin’s breadth experience in both London and Perth along with his calm but confident demeanour places him best in a leadership role and oversight to every project we deliver.
He has a natural empathy with subcontractors, clients and all stakeholders alike and cares about each project delivered, our people, your people, and overall delivery. Process driven, Gavin ensures that each project is delivered to the highest of standards, safely.
Rory Holyoake
Rory has spent his career gaining an in-depth insight into the construction industry initially as a draftsman, taking design concepts and developing them through to drawings ready for pricing.
This in depth understanding of this stage has enabled him to drive down into drawings at tender, identify scope gap and ask relevant questions that de-risk the project budget, reassuring our clients that we are seeking best for project outcomes.
His experience and relationships with the subcontractor market enables him to provide best value for the client at the pricing stage. Rory works closely with the project team and Commercial Manager throughout to understand the overall objectives and look at the project holistically, giving best for project pricing and trade recommendations to meet them.
Rory’s experience in leading teams during D&C and ECI projects is unparalleled in Perth and relishes in the ability to help provide the best value for our clients and creating the highest calibre of competitive bid.
Wendy Graves
Since relocating to Perth nine years ago, Wendy has worked in the construction industry developing brands, creating marketing strategies, business strategies and communication strategies to give best for client and business solutions.
Wendy’s strength lies in her ability to work with all key stakeholders, to understand the project objectives and work with the project team to ensure this information is shared throughout the life of the project.
Passionate about project experience, she believes this is critical to its success be it with clients, the internal team or subcontractors. A successful project isn’t just about quality, adherence to timeframes and budget but the journey to PC. Open and effective communication is essential as well as being honest and accountable for all actions. This is non-negotiable for Wendy.
