With LWP relocating from their existing office to a tenancy within the same building, State 28 invited Trigon projects to be their construction partner to deliver their project. With the building not having a dedicated goods lift and being heavily occupied with multiple tenancies in the surround, as well as other works being undertaken adjacent, we worked closely with the Building Management team to mitigate disruption.

Supply chain issues were still evident post COVID-19 and we worked closely with State28 to resequence the works to ensure delivery on time without them having to reselect finishes to deliver the design intent.

The objective to create a more collaborative working environment, reducing the amount of offices and with better workflow was creatively managed by State28 by designing multiuse spaces and maximising the potential of the floor plate. we completed the Services design collaboratively with our subcontractors to provide best value for LWP and State28.
