Trigon Projects delivered Australia’s first premium hospital suites at SJOG Subiaco, transforming two rooms across two floors into high-end, medically compliant spaces.

Works included creating a new, larger ensuite, space for a beauty chair, a lounge area complete with AV that allowed for conferencing with a bespoke sofa bed and double bed area with medical gases seamlessly hidden into the joinery.​ The façade of the two rooms was demolished to create a new, curved entry that provided more privacy from the surrounding ward.

The Luxury finishes such as curved polished plaster and book-matched porcelain were installed to meet both aesthetic and LARU compliance standards. All works were completed adjacent to live orthopaedic wards, requiring meticulous staging, impact statements, and strict noise control measures to maintain hospital operations throughout.
