Trigon Projects successfully delivered the full internal fit out of a new Regional Medical Centre for the Royal Flying Doctor Service in Kalgoorlie, transforming a vacant retail tenancy into a high-functioning medical facility. The project scope included the construction of consultation rooms, emergency treatment spaces, staff amenities, breakout zones, and a welcoming reception area, tailored to RFDS operational needs.

Key to the project’s success, was the integration of medical-grade finishes, medical gases and new mechanical and electrical systems designed to meet healthcare 9A compliance standards. The works required close coordination between Perth-based suppliers and local Kalgoorlie trades, with materials and subcontractors managed across long distances to maintain quality and programme.
