Following successful delivery of transportable projects and asset audits for CBH, Trigon Projects was awarded a position on their contractor panel and secured the Koorda Accommodation Village as our first major site works package. This greenfield, design and construct project required us to deliver not only new staff accommodation, but a fully future-proofed village infrastructure to support regional safety and long-term operational growth. We engaged design consultants, managed all civil and services works, and met key milestones to align with CBH’s critical harvest timeline.
