Trigon Projects was engaged by CBH Group to deliver the Munglinup Accommodation Village as part of CBH’s ongoing Wheatbelt and Great Southern infrastructure upgrades.
 The project involved the delivery and installation of three four-bedroom SPQ buildings and a Kitchen/Dining/Laundry module, transported from CBH’s Gingin yard and installed on newly prepared foundations.
 Comprehensive site works included earthworks, drainage, sewer and water connections, electrical upgrades with a new Area Distribution Board, and construction of concrete footpaths, covered verandas, and a 32-bay sealed carpark.
 The village also included a new aerobic wastewater treatment system, landscaping, fencing, and outdoor amenities — providing a fully serviced, compliant, and comfortable accommodation hub for CBH’s regional operations.
